Terms of Use
Website terms for VitaPing emergency identity products, software and controlled programmes.
Effective date: 12 July 2026 | Version 2.0
1. Operator and acceptance
The UAE regional website is operated by VITAPING LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17205180, with registered office at 23 De Morgan Road, London, England, SW6 2RP. This website does not claim a UAE company, branch, office or trade licence unless verified details are expressly published. By using the public website, you agree to these Website Terms. Pilots and organisation deployments require separate written agreements.
2. What VitaPing provides
VitaPing develops emergency identity and communication-support products, software and controlled programmes. A tap or scan may open a limited emergency view and contact route configured by the user, authorised representative or organisation. Features differ by product, programme, emirate, jurisdiction and deployment.
3. Not an emergency service or medical advice
VitaPing is not an emergency dispatch service and cannot guarantee that a product will be carried, tapped or scanned, that a network or device will be available, or that a person will read or act on the information. VitaPing does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor vital signs or replace a clinician, trained responder or emergency service. For a live emergency in the UAE, call Ambulance 998, Police 999 or Civil Defence 997.
4. Intended purpose, classification and approvals
VitaPing is intended to support communication and access to approved emergency information. Classification, registration, health-advertising and other regulatory requirements may differ by product and use. VitaPing will obtain any approval required by the competent UAE authority before supplying or promoting a regulated product and will not claim approval, certification, clinical validation or medical-device status unless the exact claim is documented and applicable.
5. Authority and eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement. A parent, guardian or authorised representative managing another person’s profile must have the required authority. Organisations are responsible for approving users, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when a person’s role ends.
6. Accurate and proportionate information
Users and authorised representatives must provide accurate, current and relevant information, review it regularly, avoid unnecessary sensitive detail and ensure nominated contacts know that they have been listed. Unless a written programme states otherwise, VitaPing does not independently verify clinical accuracy.
7. Product compatibility and care
NFC, QR codes, browsers, handsets, network coverage, device settings, physical wear, damage and environmental conditions may affect operation. Follow the relevant instructions, keep the product accessible, test it periodically and replace damaged items. Do not rely on VitaPing as the sole means of identification or emergency communication.
8. Access, alerts and logs
A scan, notification or access log shows a technical event and does not prove that an emergency occurred, that the information was understood or that help was provided. Calls, SMS, email, push notifications and third-party services may fail or be delayed for reasons outside VitaPing’s reasonable control.
9. Permitted and prohibited use
Use VitaPing only for lawful emergency identity, care, safeguarding, pilot, organisation or approved institutional purposes. Do not access a profile without a legitimate reason; scrape, copy or publish emergency information; bypass controls; upload false or unlawful content; impersonate another person; introduce malware; probe the service; or use VitaPing for surveillance, harassment, discrimination, underwriting or employment screening.
10. Organisation responsibilities
Participating organisations must define their privacy role, legal authority, safeguarding process, access model, consent route, training, incident process, hosting requirements and device requirements. VitaPing does not replace an organisation’s legal, clinical, safeguarding, health-and-safety or professional duties.
11. TGMNI
TGMNI is available only through an approved written institutional arrangement. Public website access does not grant a right to submit data for unrestricted research, access datasets, receive model outputs or use TGMNI branding. Permitted purposes, data rights, governance, de-identification, publication, human oversight and intellectual property are set out in the applicable agreement.
12. Field and confidential programmes
Field, defence, public-safety, remote and high-risk programme details may be confidential. Operational scenarios, security controls, integrations and deployment configuration are disclosed only to approved parties and may require a non-disclosure agreement and additional security review.
13. Intellectual property
VitaPing names, logos, product designs, text, graphics, software, documentation and programme materials are owned by or licensed to VITAPING LTD. You may view the website for legitimate evaluation but may not copy, commercialise, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative materials without permission, except where applicable law cannot restrict that activity.
14. Availability and change
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue a public website feature. Contracted services are managed under their applicable agreement. Preview material may describe planned or pilot-only capability and does not guarantee general availability.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VitaPing is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate user-supplied information, failure to carry or maintain a product, network or device failure, unauthorised use outside our reasonable control, or reliance on VitaPing as a substitute for emergency or professional care. Business liability limits are set in the applicable signed agreement.
16. Consumer rights and sales
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply in the UAE. VitaPing will publish separate price, delivery, cancellation, returns, warranty and subscription terms before enabling an online consumer checkout for the UAE.
17. Third-party services
Maps, messaging, telecommunications, payment services and external links may be subject to third-party terms and privacy notices. VitaPing is not responsible for third-party content or availability, but it manages contracted processors in accordance with applicable obligations.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory UAE law or consumer right that applies to the user or activity. UAE institutional deployments will also be governed by their written agreement and the requirements of the competent federal or emirate authority.
