1. Purpose and boundary

VitaPing uses the principle: defined purpose, human oversight and no autonomous clinical authority. This statement describes the intended boundaries of AI-enabled features and TGMNI without implying audits, certifications or deployments that have not occurred.

2. What AI may support

Where enabled and approved, AI may help structure authorised information, check completeness, organise notes, create reviewable summaries and help approved institutions explore de-identified patterns.

3. What AI must not do

VitaPing AI must not diagnose, prescribe, determine treatment, replace emergency triage, make autonomous safeguarding decisions, score a person’s worth or eligibility, decide insurance or employment outcomes, or remove meaningful human review.

4. Human review

Material outputs must remain reviewable by an appropriately authorised person. Users must be able to identify the source and status of information and challenge or correct it through the applicable process.

5. Data boundaries

AI use is limited to the approved purpose and authorised data. Emergency identity data does not automatically enter TGMNI. Identifiable data is not used where anonymous or appropriately de-identified data is sufficient.

6. TGMNI governance

Each TGMNI use case requires an institutional owner, lawful authority, purpose definition, data-minimisation plan, access boundary, security assessment, human oversight and documented review route. TGMNI is not open public data and is not a public surveillance system.

7. Testing, providers and change

AI-enabled features must be evaluated for their defined purpose before production use and reassessed when the model, provider, data, prompt, workflow or risk changes. Provider terms and data handling must be reviewed before connection. UAE health-sector deployments also follow the requirements of the competent federal or emirate authority.

8. Transparency and contact

VitaPing will describe active AI functionality and material limitations at an appropriate level. Questions or concerns may be sent to contact@vitaping.ae.
